Our Chalets

We take great care in making the chalets as homely as possible and the food we prepare has ensured that our reputation is second to none. Breakfast, afternoon tea with homemade cakes and 3 course evening meal with wine and coffee are provided for 6 days.

Each of the chalets are built in the traditional way of timber and stone, all chalets are different so please read the description for each one to see if they suit you.

The Skihiver Way

We aim to make sure our chalets are welcoming for singles,groups and families alike. Most of the rooms we have are ensuite and if they are not the bathrooms are very close by. For children it’s best to read the descriptions of the chalet to see if they would suit you or just email your questions to us. We can always find an alternative for you as we not only have a good range of catered chalets but our self catered range is getting bigger each year.

For our catered chalets we are based in the resort of Paradiski (Les arcs & La plagne) this resort is now one of the worlds biggest area’s and can cater for all abilities. We prefer our chalets here and the smaller resorts we are based in, they still offer very French style villages without the mass apts overlooking the landscape. These villages are still working villages for the farmers in the summer and the chalets we rent are part of this system.

With these chalets we have placed modern materials inside such as ipods, up to date gaming consoles, Sat TV wherever possible. They don’t overtake the chalets but compliment them now so you can have the best of both worlds.

* On the staff day off, breakfast is self service with bread and cereals and on this day we ask you to eat out in one of the local restaurants, which we can book for you.
