Situated in a quiet and exclusive
residential area, Chalet Runca is close to all amenities. It is the perfect
base from which to enjoy the delights of Arosa and to relax after a glorious
day on the slopes. Chalet Runca has the advantage of stunning south-facing
mountain views along with the luxury of being situated just 20m from the
resort bus stop! It is also a pleasant 400m walk to the lake, cable car
and town facilities.
Enjoy the sunshine on the terrace, escape in front of a film on the plasma
screen, take advantage of your own private gym, and for tired aching bones,
why not unwind in the sauna and steam room. The large living room has
soft leather sofas, a wood burning fire and magnificent south-facing views
over Arosa town and the surrounding mountains.
The garden is the home to our fun ice bar, drinks and loungers at the
ready, and also home to the original bell from Arosa's English Church!
The large private garden is ideal for children to play in the snow.

Your holiday price includes the 2.5 hour scenic rail trip direct from
Zurich Airport up to Arosa at 1800 metres high a unique and enjoyable
way to start and end your stay in Switzerland!
The 2006/2007 winter season starts on the week commencing Saturday 9th
of December 2006 and ends on the week commencing Saturday 21st of April
2007. Weeks run from Saturday - Saturday.

Prices are in £ per person per week, based on two over 12 year olds sharing a room.
A single person supplement, or bed supplement when sole occupancy of chalet (10 places) is desired, is charged at £200 per place.

Children's Prices
- 13-15 year olds count towards the group discount when not sharing a room with their parents. Otherwise, they are eligible to a 20% discount.
- 2-12 year olds, when sharing their parents room (Hornli - top floor, Tschuggen - first floor and Obersee - ground floor), in a separate bed they enjoy kids rates of £300 per week. The chalet needs to be fully occupied by a single party. 2-12 year olds do not count towards group discounts. Price includes children's supper every day and babysitting on two nights. Age is that on the first day of the holiday.
- Under 2s - £50 - Sharing their parents' room as above and the price includes babysitting on two nights, food, baby monitor, baby gym, sterilising equipment, bottle brushes, cot, highchair and linen. It does not include nappies and milk.

Group Discounts
Groups of families and friends are very welcome and indeed enhance the atmosphere of chalet life. We appreciate the time and effort you put in as party leader. In a party of ten guests over the age of twelve years old, 10% discount will be awarded on the dates shown below. For safety, there must be at least four adults over 18 years of age.
Note that group discounts of 10% per adult apply on the following dates:
